  Well, I was going to be leaving a Great Review but needless to say I have changed my mind.
  
  I ordered 4 items and only 3 were delivered. The one that wasn't delivered was the Pasta dish for my husband for his supper break. Well, the driver called in and checked on it and they said it was sent with another order to someone else and that another driver was bringing me the missing Pasta dish. Well, I waited, waited and waited.. That driver never showed up..I finally called after it was 45 minutes later. I was told they were leaving out the door with it right then. Now, I only live 10 minutes from their location. It was the same driver that delivered to me the first time and he gave me a free 2 liter Sprite (I appreciate it). Seriously... My husband didn't get to eat his food because it wasn't here. I think they should have made a bit more of an effort to fix this mix-up.

  Everyone knows the Dominos system that follows your order from ordering to prep to delivery. The app said my order had been "Delivered", which was odd since I ordered it 45 minutes prior and by the app it was sent out for delivery 30 minutes before the app said it was delivered. Point is...I was still sitting here 45 minutes later with no food. So I call and say as much, to be told that "she" has your pizza and is in the process of delivering it. Well, ten minutes later, 1 hour from ordering and 45 minutes since the app said the order left, "HE" shows up saying that his manager had handed him the order 5 minutes ago to deliver. The manager LIED TO ME...on the phone...she LIED TO ME. I call back to find out why anyone would lie about such a thing and she HUNG UP ON ME. That is insane...most people only want the truth.

  My brother and I have tried ordering delivery from this Domino's on multiple occasions and each time was unsatisfactory for one reason or another. The common errors each time are that 1) the food always arrives at least 20 minutes after it is supposed to and 2) their phones don't work so you can't have an actual human tell you where your pizza is. Additionally, they have showed up without our complete orders and once, when my brother paid online with a credit card, they thought he hadn't paid. I would strongly recommend ordering either Papa Johns or Pizza Hut instead if you are in Goodlettsville.

  I used to go here all the time. Got great service and they knew who I was when I drove up. Most recently staffing has changed and gone downhill. Always a long wait when you pull up. Tonight I placed an order - said 11-16 min. No change to the tracker after ten minutes. I drive over no one comes to the window. I honk - still nothing, I laid into my horn for 5 seconds after waiting close to 10 min. Guy comes to window eventually to say they didn't hear me and that it would be another 7 minutes. Got a refund and never going back after tonight.
